Staff SMS Opt-In

Staff use this public form to request generic SMS notifications. Consent details are stored for compliance and reviewed in the admin system before a stylist is enabled.

Glossed Beauty: "

Add only the custom portion of the message. Example: Glossed Beauty: "A guest has arrived and is waiting." Messages must stay within operational notification policy.

Submitted requests are reviewed by admin before stylist messaging is activated in the internal system.

Program Purpose

This system sends one generic SMS message to a single assigned stylist when a guest arrives or an appointment status changes. It is not used for marketing, customer outreach, analytics reporting, or peer-to-peer personal communication.

How Consent Is Captured

  1. Staff submits full name, mobile phone number, and requested message format in the public form.
  2. The form displays an unchecked SMS consent checkbox with full disclosure language.
  3. Staff reviews the disclosure and explicitly checks the consent box to continue.
  4. The request is stored, reviewed by admin, and only then used to create or enable the stylist record.

Consent details are stored for compliance review and then used by admins when creating or enabling stylist records in the internal system.
