Salon Policies
Appointments
By appointment only. All new appointments require a valid card on file. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred Glossed Girl and time.
Cancellation Policy
Glossed Beauty maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, 50% of the total service fee will be invoiced. No-shows will incur a charge of 75% of the total service fee. Cancellation policies may vary by professional. Please contact your Glossed Girl directly for exact policy details.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality service for all guests.
Pricing
Prices may vary by professional. Each of our beauty professionals is independent and manages her own service pricing. Please contact your Glossed Girl directly or use her booking link for exact pricing.
Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all guests, only service animals are permitted in the salon.
Children & Guest Policy
We kindly ask that children and additional guests remain in the designated waiting area during services. For the safety and comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times.
Service Redo Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact your Glossed Girl within 7 days of the appointment. We will work with you to make it right.
Retail Return Policy
Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
