Booking & Reservations
By appointment only. All new appointments require a valid card on file to secure your reservation. We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for evening and weekend slots to ensure your preferred time and stylist.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation policies vary depending on stylist. Please contact your stylist directly for their exact cancellation policy. We understand life happens—please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
Arrivals & Late Policy
To ensure you receive the full Glossed experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for parking, checking in, and enjoying a complimentary beverage. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may require rescheduling or shortening of services to respect the next guest's time.
Service Adjustments
We want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your original service. We are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment with your original stylist. Please note, we do not offer refunds on services provided.
Guests & Children
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are also receiving services. Our salon environment involves chemicals and hot tools, which may not be safe for unsupervised children.

We primarily operate by appointment to ensure every guest receives our full attention. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. We recommend calling ahead to check our schedule for the day.
Absolutely! Each stylist has their own booking link or contact information. We encourage you to book directly with your preferred Glossed Girl for the most personalized experience.
For the best color results, arrive with unwashed hair (1-2 days without washing is ideal). Avoid using heavy styling products before your appointment. If you have any inspiration photos, feel free to bring them along for your consultation.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Each stylist handles their own payments, so accepted methods may vary slightly. Cash is also welcomed.
We have complimentary parking available directly in front of our salon and in the surrounding lot. Additional street parking is available nearby. Please contact us if you need specific directions to our location.
